Credentials and Background Experience:

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) specializing in PCOS, hormones, and gut health.

With over 5 years of experience, I've helped countless women uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create lasting change. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP), my work is dedicated to helping women get to the bottom of unexplained symptoms and uncover the missing pieces needed for lifelong wellness. I don't guess. I test, analyze, and build a personalized protocol around your actual biochemistry, history, and goals.

How I got here…

I didn't choose women's health by accident.

Growing up in a family of healthcare providers, I learned early that how we eat, move, and take care of ourselves shapes everything. But my real education in women's health started in college. As a collegiate soccer player, I lost my period and was told it was fine. It wasn't until later that I understood why. I was stressed, underfueled, and overtraining. When my period came back it was irregular, and nobody looked deeper.

It wasn't until I started tracking my cycle with Natural Cycles that I finally began to truly understand my own body and how delicate our hormones really are. Our period is not an inconvenience, it's a sign of health, vitality, and our body's sense of safety. It's what led me to functional nutrition and ultimately to building a practice around women who are going through exactly what I once did. I believe every woman deserves to feel informed, supported, and at home in her body and I've built my entire practice around making that possible.
