I'm Kendall, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and IFNCP specializing in PCOS, gut health, and hormone balance for women who are tired of being dismissed.


With advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition, I bring a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to women’s health. I completed my Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics followed by a dietetic internship with a concentration in integrative nutrition, and continued advanced functional training to deepen my clinical expertise, ultimately earning my Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) credential.

Over the past two years I've worked closely with women navigating PCOS, thyroid conditions, fertility challenges, and more through a personalized root-cause lens. I don't just look at your labs.
